§ Mr. KirkwoodThe House of Commons Staff Pension Scheme anticipates very minimal costs, arising from the European Court of Justice's ruling on pensions for part-time staff. The House has always sought to employ part-time staff to work more than the 15 hours per week limit which in the past would have excluded staff from the pension scheme.
