§ Mr. MorleyAs I have made clear on previous occasions, the conservation of fish stocks is essential for the long-term future of the fishing industry, and all concerned-fishermen, merchants and processors—have a key part to play in preventing the trade in blackfish. This Government have not flinched from taking tough measures to curb such activity whether at the national level or through the Community.
