§ Clare ShortDuring all of the periods referred to, there has been one such arrangement in place, i.e. the secondment of Ms Joan Laurance (sub-band A2—504W equivalent to the former Home Civil Service Grade 7) who has been seconded to the consultancy firm Development In Practice. The secondment began in January 1997 and is expected to terminate in September 2000.
