§ Mr. MullinWe are awaiting the outcome of our petition to another place for leave to appeal the Court of Appeal's decision to quash the Rent Acts (Maximum Fair Rent) Order. If leave is granted we will seek an expedited hearing; if it is refused we will urgently consider all the options open to us.
