Whether she has yet agreed to the placing in the Library of the House the document referred to by Lord Rodgers of Quarry Bank at col. 926 of the Official Report of 7 March. [HL2380]

I have not seen the document referred to. I am not therefore in a position either to place it, or to decide whether it should be placed, in the Library of the House.
