§ Ms Beverley HughesWe do not hold centrally any comprehensive listing of those councils which are changing their constitutions within the restrictions of current legislative framework. Until the Local Government Bill [Lords], currently before the House, is enacted, councils cannot adopt executive arrangements within the terms of the Bill.
