§ Mr. Charles ClarkeI have had a number of discussions with the Minister for Small Business and E-Commerce concerning e-commerce, particularly on the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Bill and the Electronic Communications Bill. Officials in the Home Office and the Department of Trade and Industry are working together closely to pursue the Government's policy of making the United Kingdom the best and the safest place in the world to conduct e-commerce.
