§ Mr. VazThe Lisbon European Council invited High Representative Solana and Commissioner Patten "to enhance co-ordination with the Stability Pact and other efforts of the international community". This is intended to maximise the international community's overall contribution to the Balkans by making co-ordination among the different players as effective as possible.
