§ Mr. Charles ClarkeIt is a matter for the greatest regret when anyone suffers punishment as a result of a miscarriage of justice. I welcome the decision of the Court of Appeal to quash Mr. Kamara's conviction, and that of the Criminal Cases Review Commission to refer the case to the Court.
