§ Mr. HillA survey carried out in early 1998 showed that at least 200 organisations (excluding local authorities) were implementing plans. The provisional Local4W Transport Plans submitted in 1999 suggest that numbers have increased significantly in some areas since then. We intend to commission a full survey shortly.
