§ Mr. Wicks[holding answer 18 April 2000]: The Government issued a consultation document on 17 March covering how disability rights in education might be implemented. The consultation period ended on 28 April. The costs of compliance in further and higher education will be estimated in the light of an analysis of responses to the document.
