§ Mr. MeacherNo. MS17 is a priced publication available on that basis to anyone, but it is written for doctors and other health professionals and would not be helpful to the general user of organophosphates. All GPs are being made aware of its existence, but it would be wasteful to distribute it to the many who will have no cause to refer to it.
