§ Mr. HainThere is no Atomic Energy Counsellor at the Embassy in Washington. Since May 1997 the Science, Technology, Environment and Energy Counsellor has received routine communications from the United States 121W Government on the movement of nuclear material exported from the United Kingdom to the United States, and the use to which that material has been put. These have formed part of the normal process of consultation between our two Governments.
