§ Mrs. RocheWe have had a number of meetings and exchanges of correspondence with local authorities over the reimbursement of additional costs related to the care of refugees evacuated from Kosovo. Local authorities were consulted on the provisions of the Special Grant (the mechanism by which we make reimbursement payments) and all who put in their interim claims (for the period to 31 December 1999) by the due date have now been paid.
