§ Mr. HainMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State has made no representations to the Israeli Government about their obligations under the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. The Red Cross have confirmed to our Embassy in Tel Aviv that Israel does not hold any children under the age of 15 in prison.
