§ Clare ShortOur policy for bilateral assistance to Southern Africa is set out in our Country Strategy Papers, copies of which are available in the Library of the House. Throughout Southern Africa we are working with the international community in support of national and regional programmes to achieve the international development targets, through public sector reform, better education and health, HIV/AIDS prevention and promoting economic growth and sustainable livelihoods.
