To ask the Prime Minister, pursuant to his answer of 20 March 2000,Official Report, column 403W, on Roger Liddle, for what reason he did not provide the information requested about what occasions and at which venues during November and December 1999 his Defence and Foreign Affairs adviser made speeches in (a) the United Kingdom and (b) other European countries.
