§ Mr. Mike O'BrienIn the last year, we have received a number of representations about the operation of section 182 from individuals and organisations representing musicians and the entertainment industry. Proposals for reform and modernisation of alcohol and public entertainment licensing will be set out in the White Paper which we expect to publish soon.
