§ Mr. Chris Smith[holding answer 14 March 2000]: Copies of the only relevant transcript in the possession of the Department, dealing with an interview given to BBC Radio 5 Live on 2 March, have been placed in the Libraries of both Houses of Parliament. Copies of departmental press notices are placed in both Libraries as a matter of course. They are also available to hon. Members online either on POLIS or at the Department's website (www.culture.gov.uk).
