To ask the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions what was the average weekly difference between rent officer determinations of registered fair rents during the period that the Rent Acts (Maximum Fair Rent) Order 1999 was in force(a) before the cap was applied and (b) after the cap had been applied (i) in England and (ii) by region.
