§ Mr. Hill[holding answer 10 February 2000]: The Study which investigated the possibility of electrifying the North Wales main line was produced by Virgin trains to the Franchising Director in March 1998. The Study was produced on a commercial in confidence basis and I am therefore unable to place a copy in the Library.
