Letter from Peter Mathison to Mr. Douglas Alexander, dated 9 March 2000: The Secretary of State has asked me to reply to your recent Parliamentary Questions asking how many people in Paisley South constituency are in receipt of (a) Jobseekers Allowance and (b) Incapacity Benefit. As at August 1999 there were 2,392 Jobseekers Allowance customers and 3,600 Incapacity Benefit customers in Paisley South Parliamentary constituency. I hope this is helpful.
