§ Mr. HillRail Property Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of the British Railways Board (BRB) which is one of the nationalised industries sponsored by the Department. The British Railways Board now operates as part of the shadow Strategic Rail Authority (sSRA). Subject to the passage of the Transport Bill currently before Parliament the SRA, when formally established, will incorporate the functions of the BRB.
