§ Mr. HainI discussed the situation in Northern Nigeria with Nigerian Foreign Minister Lamido on 14 February.
441WI was deeply concerned by the situation in Kaduna and condemn the recent violence there and elsewhere. I have appealed to all those concerned for calm and for them to settle their differences without recourse to violence.
