§ Mr. HuttonThe consultation period ended on 21 January 2000. A further two weeks grace was given for late arrivals and the 1,250 responses received within this period have been analysed. In total, 1,400 responses were received. The responses are being carefully considered before the standards and the timetable for their implementation are finalised. We hope to publish the finalised standards and the timetable for their implementation later this year.
