§ Dr. ReidThe Government have implemented the proposals contained in the "Fairness at Work" White Paper mainly through the Employment Relations Act 1999. Workers and trade union members in Scotland have benefited a great deal from the creation of decent minimum standards at work and the emphasis on a partnership approach to work.
