§ Lord Falconer of ThorotonWhile I am responsible for the appointment of individuals to the Board of the New Millennium Experience Company (NMEC), the selection of a chairman is the responsibility of the board. Following Bob Ayling's decision to resign as chairman of NMEC, the board kept me informed of its progress in appointing a new chairman.
