§ The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Foreign and Commonwealth Office (Baroness Scotland of Asthal)The Government submitted the UK's return to the UN Register covering conventional arms transfers in calendar year 1999 on 20 June. Copies have been placed in the Libraries of the House.
