§ Mrs. LiddellMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry has not discussed this matter with BNFL. Through my normal contacts with BNFL and British Energy, I am aware of the respective positions of both companies concerning the contracts they have entered into. The contracts are a commercial matter for the two companies.
