§ Mr. HillThe Health and Safety Commission published a consultative document on 19 May seeking views on proposed changes to the safety regime for the railway industry. The deadline for comments is 24 July 2000. The Office of the Rail Regulator will issue shortly a separate consultative document about changes to Railtrack's Licence.
