§ Dawn PrimaroloIt is estimated that 98,800 families in Scotland have been awarded the Working Families Tax Credit to the end of March 2000, of which 3,300 were in the East Ayrshire local authority and 1,700 were in Kilmarnock and Loudoun parliamentary constituency.
