§ Mr. LockThere are a number of legal and medical members. Legal members must be qualified lawyers of at least five years' standing. Medical members must have at least five years' experience treating patients as a fully registered medical practitioner in the UK or other EEA state, and in addition must either be on a specialist register maintained in the UK or other EEA state, or hold a vocational training certificate. In the time available, it has not been possible to collate all the information requested. When we have the information I will write to the hon. Member and put a copy of my letter in the Libraries of both Houses of Parliament.
