§ Mr. VazMy Department has distributed numerous free copies to opinion formers. The Stationery Office Ltd., who publish Command Papers under a contract administered by HMSO, are responsible for fixing the total print run. Initially, they printed 800 copies for sale but have since reprinted a further 200 copies to meet demand.
