§ Ms Hewitt[holding answer 24 May 2000]: The Enterprise Fund consists of a number of discrete individual elements, one of which is the Small Finns Loan Guarantee Scheme. The Scheme, which continues to run as before, became an integral part of the Enterprise Fund when the Fund was launched in December 1998.
