§ Mr. Levitt
To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer (1) what will be the income of the new Quarrying Sustainability Fund for each of the first five years of its operation; [124436]
(2) if there will be a guaranteed or minimum annual income for the new Quarrying Sustainability Fund. [124437]

§ Mr. Timms
The Government will be consulting all interested parties shortly on how the new Sustainability Fund can best be used to deliver local environmental improvements.
No decisions have yet been made on the size of the Fund.
