§ Dawn PrimaroloThere are currently no generally accepted estimates of the scale of heroin supply. HM Customs and Excise, along with other drugs enforcement agencies, are contributing to a comprehensive research programme to improve our understanding of the supply of drugs to the UK and Europe.
