To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many appeals there have been, from 1 January 1993 to the latest available date, to the Security Service Appeals Tribunal; and what percentage were upheld. [133724]

Information regarding complaints about the Security Service made to the Security Service Tribunal is published in the Annual Reports of the Security Service Commissioner. The numbers are as follows:
