To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, pursuant to his answer of 21 July 2000,Official Report, column 337W, on the average period of time between the completion of a full business case and signing of the final contracts, if he will list (a) the date of the completion of a full business case and (b) the date of the signing of the final contracts for each private finance initiative contract in his Department; and if he will make a statement.
