§ Lord Falconer of ThorotonNo monies from the sale of the Millennium Dome will be allocated to the Millennium Commission. Any operating surplus from the New Millennium Experience Company (NMEC) will be returned to the Millennium Commission. I refer the noble Baroness to the answer I gave the noble Lord, Lord Tomlinson, on 27 July 2000.
