Mr. Baker

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) how many(a) prosecutions and (b) successful prosecutions there were under the Pet Animals Act 1951 in each of the last 10 years; and if he will make a statement; [131783]

(2) how many (a) prosecutions and (b) successful prosecutions there have been under the (i) Breeding of Dogs Act 1973, (ii) Breeding of Dogs Act 1991 and (iii) Breeding and Sale of Dogs (Welfare) Act 1999 in each of the last 10 years; and if he will make a statement; [131784]

(3) how many (a) prosecutions and (b) successful prosecutions there were under the (i) Performing Animals Regulations 1925 and 1968, (ii) Zoo Licensing Act 1981 and (iii) Wild Mammals (Protection) Act 1996 in each of the last 10 years; and if he will make a statement; [131988]
