§ Mr. LockThe Lord Chancellor has made no such assessment. He will discuss changes in court dress with the higher judiciary later this year. However, given the many important and pressing issues relating to reform of the justice system that the Government are addressing, changing court dress is unlikely to have a high priority in his Department's programme of work.
