§ Ms QuinThe European Commission has not yet formally presented its proposals for revising the Animal Waste Directive to the Council of Ministers and the European Parliament. However, in preliminary discussions officials have advanced the view that a complete ban on the burial of fallen stock in all circumstances would not be practicable.
