Baroness Scotland of Asthal

The Foreign and Commonwealth Office annual report on human rights will be published as a Command Paper at 2.30 pm on 20 July. Copies will be placed in the Libraries of both Houses and distributed throughout Parliament in the usual way. The report will be placed on the FCO websites (www.fco.gov.uk and hrpd.fco.gov.uk) and will be available through the Stationery Office.
