§ Mr. TimmsThe Treasury's targets for answering parliamentary questions relate to parliamentary sessions not financial years. We are on track to meet our targets in the 1999–2000 session: 62 per cent. of named day questions have been answered on time; 75 per cent. of ordinary written questions; and 93 per cent. of House of Lords written questions.
