§ The Prime MinisterThe Irish Foreign Minister spoke to my right hon. Friend the Foreign Secretary on 24 January about the allegations raised last year in a Channel 4 television programme about the Ministry of Defence's former Electronic Test Facility at Capenhurst.
I understand that the Irish Ambassador also raised these allegations at meetings with FCO officials on 12 October 1999 and 10 January 2000.
