- (a) four parliamentary questions did not receive substantive answers because the information was not held centrally and a further 12 received partial answers for this reason;
- (b) one parliamentary question did not receive a substantive answer because the information was not held in the form requested and a further two received partial answers for this reason; and
- (c) five parliamentary questions did not receive a substantive answer because the information was not available and a further four received partial answers for this reason.
