§ Mr. Timms1,676 written questions were tabled to the Chancellor of the Exchequer in the period concerned. Disproportionate cost was cited in 15 instances as the reason why the information requested could not be provided. In a further 28 cases, some of the information sought was provided, but some other information would have been disproportionately costly to obtain.
