§ Ms QuinDurga were one of a number of companies contracted to provide incineration services following a competitive tender held by the Intervention Board during 1996. The company's contract required them to have all necessary planning and environmental consents in place prior to commencement of operations. Incineration services began in October 1997 and the company have operated under Environment Agency supervision successfully destroying over 43,000 OTMS carcases by the end of June 2000.
