§ Dr. ReidMatters related to the Scottish water authorities are devolved. Pensions are generally reserved, but pensions for staff in Scottish public authorities are excepted under Schedule 5, Head F3 of the Scotland Act 1998. This is therefore a matter for the Scottish Parliament.
