§ Mr. RaynsfordI am aware of no such representations to date, though we published our Housing Green Paper "Quality and choice—a decent home for all" earlier this year and we are considering responses as they come in. The Green Paper said that we do not intend to make any further substantial changes to the Right-to-Buy Scheme.
